Q1:What kind of occasion is best for UBB personalized photobooks?
A1: The styles and designs of Ubabybaby photobooks are very diverse to suit all age groups and any special occasions. As far as your creativity goes, you can preserve any of your precious memories in a personalized photobook. Having taken a lot of snap shots at parties and festive functions, have you ever thought of how to keep and share your photos? Viewing on the computer or conventional photo processing doesn’t sound like the best option while UBB personalized photobooks is a great way to treasure your memories for a lifetime.
Q2: How do I create a book?
A2: With any conceptual ideas, a self-made individualized photo book will be produced and sent to you within a few days. Visit our UBB Home Page now, select your computer system and click the “Ufoto Free Download” button. Downloading the file will take just a few minutes. After downloading is completed, you can immediately start creating your own photo book. Click here to download.
Q3:What photo size will achieve the best result?
A3: You must follow our recommended specifications. Otherwise, optimal printing effect cannot be achieved. We recommend 1.5MB or above.
Q4:How to start making the photobook?
A4: Please go to ‘Ufoto Free Download’ page and download our Ufoto editing software, photo editing is fun and easy. Please click download to start.
Q5: How do I send the photos to you?
A5: There are two ways for you to send your photos. You must use our Ufoto editing software and upload your photos to us by clicking “Send to Ubabybaby”. Alternatively, you can bring your file in person to our Ubabybaby office in the following ways:
1. Click the “I prefer to bring the files with me to the store” button, the file will be copied to your computer desktop.
2. Copy the dgl file to a detachable media (e.g. disk, Flash Drive). Please ensure that coping is completed and reading is normal.
3. Bring your file in person to our Ubabybaby office. Address : Unit 1, 22/F, Westlands Centre, 20 Westlands Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong Office Hours : 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, Saturday

Q6: What is the printing quality of your printer?
A6: All UBB printing will be done by professional-quality HP Indigo Digital Offset Press, accuracy of the output colour is better than conventional offset printing. Our quality is guaranteed!
Q7:What is so special about 200 gsm glossy art paper?
A7: After repeated studies, we have selected the best 157 gsm glossy art paper for the content pages of your photo book. Our professional experiences save you the trouble in sourcing the right paper. Also, 200 gsm paper is thicker than the normal A4 paper, giving a better feel and texture. We use the best paper for perfect printing results!
Q9: Will the printed colours differ to those shown in our computer monitor at home?
A9: If you have not adjusted the colour of your monitor regularly, there might be a slight difference in the colours shown in your monitor to those shown in the printed book. However, the colour aberration should not be more than 10%.
Q8:What are the advantages of perfect binding?
A8: Softcover books so called ‘Perfect Binding’ is a softcover book with the content pages glued and stitched to fix the pages firmly. The book will look neat and can last longer! Different materials can be used for the cover; the cover material options can reflect your personal taste and style.
Q10:If there are damages, missing pages, errors in the cover or any other special handling errors in the book, can I return the book and ask for a refund?
A10: In general, we will carry out a thorough examination before we deliver the photobook to ensure that the goods are in good order and have no damages. However, we cannot guarantee that no damages will be incurred during the delivery process. If you find the abovementioned problems, please fill in the Customer Satisfaction Card attached with the packing.
Q11: What are the order procedures?
A11: You can simply select the products and fill in the order quantity, then add to the shopping cart. Please continue with the above procedure or click the “Checkout” button at the lower right corner and make payment to complete the order procedure. To learn more, please click here.
Q12:Is payment limited to credit card only?
A12: Apart from credit card (VISA/Master Card) payment, UBB also accepts bank transfer and PayPal payment. To learn more, please click here.
Q14:How much is the delivery charge?
A14: All delivery charges will be borne by the buyer. Each order will be delivered to one address only. Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the photobook. For further details, please click here.
Q15:Are there any overseas delivery services? If yes, what are the charges?
A15: Starting from April 2010, our new ‘World Delivery’ courier service allows you to send your greetings to different parts of the world for your friends and relatives. For more information about this service, please click here.
Q16:If I don’t prefer courier service, in what other ways can I get my photobooks?

Q17: Is there any quality assurance?
A17: All our printing is done using the leading digital printers in the industry. Quality is therefore guaranteed. We also use papers specifically for digital printing to render bright and beautiful colours.
Q18:Will colors in the photobooks change or fade out?
A18: Ubabybaby use high quality papers and printers, thus we can ensure that colour fading is not a problem for most of our products; they will last longer than photographs. (Please be noted to keep your photobooks away from moisture or long exposure of sunlight. Otherwise, colour fading will occur.)
Q19: Can your professional printer output pantone colours?
A19: Sorry, our printers can only output CMYK colours, Pantone colour printing is not available at present.
Q20 : What are the features of Ubabybaby custom-made calendar?
A20: Our custom-made calendar let you to tag your special dates with words and photos. Besides, public holidays of more than 20 countries are included. Your calendar will be unique and exclusive.
Q21 : What are the available sizes of custom-made calendar?
A21: Ubabybaby provides three sizes of custom-made calendars which are A5 Desktop Calendar (Landscape), A4 Wall Calendar (Portrait) and A3 Wall Calendar (Portrait).
Q22 : Do I need to download Ufoto before I can make my calendar?
A22: Yes. If you want to make your own calendar, please download Ufoto My Photo Creation software at “Free Download” page. If you have already installed the old version of Ufoto in your computer, please choose “Check for updates” in the software to upgrade to the latest version. When Ufoto is upgraded, you will see a new interface and you can start to make the calendar.
Q23 : Is customizable hot stamping available for calendar?
A23: Customizable hot stamping is only available for A5 desktop calendar, it would be at the bottom of the calendar, and there are two lines of hot stamping messages. Also, you can choose for the background color. Click here to know more.
Q24 : How long does it take to produce a calendar?
A24: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your calendar will be sent to produce immediately. The production process will take around 5 to 7 working days.
Q25 : How long does it take to produce a calendar?
A25: Yes, the local courier charge for each calendar is HK$25.
