Order Procedure for photobook & calendar

This order is applicable to all photobook and calendar products. Using the Ubabybaby Shopping Cart, it only takes you three minutes to complete the online order procedure at ease.

• 1.Simply click the “Send to Ubabybaby” button after finishing your file compilation to complete the order procedure. (The file will be sent to our FTP server)
• 2. Check all photos if replacement is needed due to poor resolution.

  Indicates photo size is too small.

  Indicates photo cannot be used for production.

  Indicates there is empty photo

• 3.Please tick the “Agree” box and click “Order Now” to complete the order procedure. (This uploading process may take about half hour. Please wait patiently and do not exit the software)
• 4. After completing the uploading, the software will generate a reference no. Please click “Confirm” to enter the shopping cart. (Please note down the reference no. for tracking)
• 5.Enter member name and password to login the UBB Shopping Cart. If you have not registered as a UBB member yet, please register now.
• 6.The shopping cart will show the order information. Please enter your desired order quantity, cover material, hot stamping text and cover jacket option.
• 7. If you want to pay your order, please click “Check Out” at the lower right corner to select delivery address and payment method.
• 8.Enter and check delivery address, contact person and payment method.

9. After completing the order procedure, you will receive an email confirmation. Production will take the according seven to ten working days depends on products. Your ordered books will be delivered straight to your door.
