Under no circumstances, shall we guarantee that the images submitted by the users will not be deleted or will not have the Services on them suspended. As Ubabybaby will not and cannot review all the items submitted, therefore, it shall not be responsible for their contents; for the information it considers to be defamatory, damaging to reputation, obscene, infringing copyright or contravening the law of trademarks or unacceptable for other reasons, Ubabybaby reserves its right to decide to delete, modify or edit the same at its own discretion.
Ubabybaby shall not be responsible for the contents of any items submitted.

For any temporary account that has not been activated formally (i.e. users have not completed email verification procedure) which still has not completed the email verification procedure within 30 days after the opening of the account, Ubabybaby reserves its right to cancel the account or delete the personal information submitted by the user in the account without further notice.

11.Cancellation of Purchase of Goods
After the confirmation of a purchase order, you may not cancel the purchase or change the contents of the purchase order. Once a purchase order has been confirmed, no money shall be refunded.

12.Delivery of Goods
When you collect your goods, please examine it carefully to check whether they are what you have ordered and whether they are good and complete. If the goods are found to be damaged, having missing pages, faulty front cover or special handling, please email to cs@ubabybaby.com first or telephone (852) 3655 -6123 to contact our customer service officer to register the case and return the goods in person to our company within 7 days after the receipt of the goods. Our company will arrange for printing of the same goods again. Please take note that since all the products of our company are personalized commodities, as a rule, our company will not refund any money paid.

13. Compensation
Pursuant to Clause 12 "Delivery of Goods" above, reprinting shall only be arranged for all the goods that have been damaged in the way above stated. No refund shall be made in respect of any purchase order.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the greatest extent permitted by the applicable law, under no circumstances, shall Ubabybaby be liable for the following matters: any indirect, accidental, special or consequential loss and damage arising from inability to use this website or the Services, any change of this website or its Services, or any unauthorized use or change of your information transmission or data, including but not limited to the loss and damage of loss of profit or use or damage to data or other intangible asset (even if we have been informed about the possibility of incurring the damage).
