If you are not satisfied with the photobook or calendar quality due to the manufacturing problem, we promise to re-make the same one for free.

1. In the case of “Free Exchange within 7 days” program, Ubabybaby only accepts and offers free exchange for the maunfacturing problems. Any of the man-made damage are not acceptable. 2. In the case of "Photobook repair service", customers need to show their original receipt for using the service. The photocopy or fax copy are not acceptable. 3. Customer needs to pay the above service charge when receiving the repaired books. 4. For the entire above program, Ubabybaby reserves the final rights.
