If you are not satisfied with the products due to a manufacturing problem, we promise to re-make the same one for free.

Should the evaluation of the damaged merchandise determine that the problem is not a manufacturing issue, the product will be remade with service charge. Service charges depend on the evaluation.

Terms & Conditions:

1. UBabyBaby is only responsible for damages occurring during manufacturing. Any man-made damage is not acceptable.
2. Customers must show the original receipt for a product exchange. Photocopies or faxes are not acceptable.
3. If you purchased item is damaged, please feel free to return the defective good to us in order to exchange for a new one.
4. The service charges may vary depending on the condition of the damage.
5. The customer is responsible for returning the defective good to UBabyBaby Office within 7 days.
6. UBabyBaby reserves the final rights for any dispute.
